Refund RedEye

I bought RedEye for 50k credit and everybody said to me it will be worth and I liked his look and I was interested in his new weapon. But after 4-5 rounds I have to say it was a mistake. I don’t like him I dont ejoy his new weapon and skill. RedEye was only good for ruin my teammates game. So I want to give him back, becasue I won’t use him. Thanks!

I don’t believe you can refund credits, but I’d send a ticket to Nexon support.

If you don’t like the GSR, then try him with the Driess or the PDP.

Annnnnnnnd this is why you always wait for the week after a merc is released when that new merc (almost always) is put on the free rotation.

I like RedEye even if I’m not a huge fan of the new gun. PDP Redeye is probably his most useful. I do hope SD does something to change the sights on the SR though.

You have to also base buying a merc on their abilities in addition to what weapons they use, consider the playstyle they’ll have factoring in everything about the merc.

You’re better off hip firing the GSR than aiming down the sights. The trick is to stay still til the bloom shrinks then you got a pin point accurate med/long rifle shot from the hip. I rock the loadout with quick slash/ chopper and tryhard with the GSR. Running around only knifing people CQC is the most fun I’ve had in awhile. I use my smoke as a gap closer for my knife :3

Buying Mercs with Credits is a big thing, and should be thought out very well before purchasing. If anything you’re at fault here, I doubt there’s a ‘Refund’ option when sending a ticket to support, but good luck. And next time I would look more closely into the Merc, their abilities, weapons and playstyles before buying a Merc based on other’s recommendations, because everyone has their own opinions.

I know it was my fault, but wait… If I want to use the Dreiss I would buy Arty and thats more usefull because he can make infinite ammo for himself. I like the PDP but how I know the game somebody will took the long range (full sniper) post and I don’t want to ruin nobody’s game + I more prefer the “mid range fight” I thought RedEye will be good for that with GSR. Btw sorry for the dumb post.

Did you watch videos/streams of gameplay with RedEye ? There is always a lot of contents for helping us choosing a merc. Maybe you will like him if you practice him a bit more.
At first I was not a big fan of Snak… I mean RedEye, but now I enjoy him.
You can setup nice smoke grenade tactics with your friends!

Me too a big fan of Solid… Eye. :smiley: That was the second reason why I bought him.
Today I tried him again and it was better than yesterday.

Was waiting for redeye for ages but I’m kinda disappointed with him. Really hoped the grandeur would be a bit more useful than it is currently. (Hope it will be fixed in the upcoming patch D: )

I agree that the Grandeur is an awful gun, but sorry you can’t get the refund. Try the PDP, by far it’s best weapon.

The thing I don’t like with Redeye is the smoke. It’s not very team friendly when you’re vision is obstructed.

Which the smoke is meant as cover while repairing, arming/defusing or delivering objectives or to obscure the enemy’s sight.
