Refund characters you bought with Credits that are also included in Ultimate Starter Pack

Like the title says; it would be nice if you got refunded credits you already spent on characters that are also included in the Ultimate Starter Pack when you buy it. The only thing keeping me from buying it right now is I already bought Proxy using Credits and it would be a waste to buy the pack since she’s also included in it; at-least 3 of my friends are also put-off from buying the pack since they already spent Credits on a character that’s also included in the pack.

What about abusing the system if it is implemented?

Make it automated then; when you buy the pack you should automatically get refunded credits on characters you already bought using credits. It would also save time for both the support staff and the player as well as ensuring that the buyer gets full value for their purchase. Right now I’m seriously put-off by how many hoops I had to go through just to contact support and request a refund; and their support staff haven’t responded yet.

I unlocked Vasili then later decided to get the DLC. Would be nice to get my 30,000 reimbursed. Other F2P games do this.
