Refund a Merc?

If possible I want to refund the Sniper. I bought the Sniper but in this game that sniper is useless as hell. Dmg is low if you hit body shot but game is fast paced, you just cant headshot all the time. Also you cant camp, enemies are everywhere. Its not like TF2. At least increase the dmg. Like CS AWP. %50hp dmg from body totaly useless imo. Anyway, like I said, I want to refund. Is it possible? Thank you.

The TTK in DB and CS are a little bit different. Not to mentioned the AWP in CS is balanced by having a much higher buy price and no kill reward.

Regardless, this shouldn’t happen. If the OP was able to try it before he bought it, we wouldn’t be in this situation.

Free rotation is meant to alleviate these pains but I know not everyone was around when Vassili was in the rotation. @marvelousCherry, is a sniper something you want to continue playing?

What about refund less, at least half of the credits , sounds fair.
And I see now that half the people who play this game bought Vassili right away (me included :smiley: )

Refunds aside, we really need a way to try out a merc before buying them. It takes quite a while to grind the 50k/30k credits and it would be a huge disappointment to find out that the merc you bought is not fun/doesn’t suit your playstyle. A simple solution would be to let us try out mercs for 1000 credits a day. So, for example, the OP could spend 2000 credits to play Vassili for 2 days and decide whether he’s worth purchasing.

This would also help me, because i bought the merc pack and i have most of them, so right now i’m not really sure which one to go for :wink:

I’m glad about anyone not choosing to play sniper. Refund the man/woman!

Yet seriously, the rotation is indeed meant to do this, but it fails as so many free players choose the same couple mercs at the same time. One Nader is balanced, two are strong, 7 is just stupid. I think that holds true for any merc, and I’m looking forward to the rhino-week.

Buying trial-mercs is probably too easy, a look at the money-purchasables tells us how generous nexon is…

Ahaha rhino week :smiley: like 10 rhino walking on the deathfield. It’s what i said, you can’t let people choose the amont they want of a mercs. The skyhammer+arty rotation was OMG;
Just imagine a fragger/rhino rotation…

Maybe they should open all mercs to the tutorial or something then people can play without playing

I have the same issue, Got me the fletcher before he was actually in the free rotation, after my first match and even after giving him some time, absolutely detest the bloke and his playstyle… :< should have just waited for the free rotation but i got a bit to hyped

I had the exact same thing with fletcher, absolutely got hyped with the video however with the purchase, after my first game i’ve been regretting it ever since, should have waited for free rotation but greed got the better of me :<
