Reduce Katana damage when attacking a merc's front

I think phantom would be less of a pain if he did less damage with a front stab and would help with the common tactic of rushing with cloak up for a 1 hit on the weaker mercs.

This is suggestion outside of other suggestions such as cloak armor changes and invis

Perhaps buff his backstab if this would be useful

No one complained when Stiletto was one shotting everyone…

Stiletto did not have the range and power to kill groups of people…a most common complaint is that phantom’s will rush you with cloak up and attempt to heavy attack.

I’ll give you that it can multi hit, that and the duration of the hit need to be fixed. Fine with it otherwise.
