Sounds like a video card/driver issue. Please update your graphics driver to latest if not already there.
Does this ONLY happen to Dirty Bomb? If so, it may be a setting in the config, but unlikely.

Exact same thing is happening to me too. Just re-installed Windows 7 Pro with all updates 2 days ago and every other game I play works just fine (Team Fortress 2, etc.). The graphics do not change no matter what I de-activate in DB.
Running off Intel HD4000 with latest drivers and updates
