Red Eye is getting a HUGE nerf. What do you RedEye players think about it? Fair?

Okay, so there are alot of things they changed in Red Eye, like lowering the damage of his main weapon.
Adding a delay before enemies are visable
A shorter, and smaller smoke, with a large cool down, and a little bit more. But that seems to be the basics.
Personally, he looks fine to me, but idk… What do you guys think?

Redeye is good, watched a livestream from ctrlpeachie today and he clearly showed that redeye is op.
