So will there be a recall? The game is entirely unplayable, and for that reason I want my money back.
Recall
All of my tech support questions have gone unanswered. I will leave a 96 hour window open for a response. If no response is given I will begin to file my class action law suit against the company.
A class action lawsuit for a 60$ game? Good luck with that, buddy. Please elaborate what the reason exactly you would be filing this class action lawsuit for? And tell me, who is the big crowd of people you are going to get to file this with you? And how it would meet the requirements? They aren’t charging you for the updates they’re putting out. You’ll get about as far as the front doorstep of the courtroom before the judge laughs at you and throws you out.
Tell me, do you live in Europe? Or America? Do you realize that for it to occur you have to have the Court’s approval? You say that all of your tech support questions have gone unanswered, yet you haven’t asked any. All you’ve been posting is about how much you can’t stand Brink, and being a sarcastic jerk the whole time. If you can’t stand it, don’t play it. Simple as that. You want to file a class action lawsuit? Get all of your closest friends and their relatives and their friends and their relatives and their friends to buy Brink and play it, and hate it, and then file it with you. Maybe then you’ll have enough people to get laughed at all at once, and maybe you’ll win some kind of award for it.
This has nothing to do with Tech Support, either, so why have you posted it here?

You’re obviously an idiot and have no idea how a class action suit works. Please refrain from posting again, thanks. There are many reports of the xbox version causing headaches, dizziness, and motion sickness. This was also all reported before the release of the game, yet the game was released in this state anyway. That alone is enough for the suit. Also you mentioned some updates? What updates? There have been no updates for the xbox version. It’s also in this thread to show that these posts go entirely unread or ignored or both. The game is also being reported on this SD website as if it were completed somehow and that their ‘launch day update’ fixed any issues when on the contrary did absolutely nothing at all. Knowing all of this, the game was still released for the purpose of creating income regardless of how it would effect anyone’s personal well being or their personal income. Even if a class action were to fail, I could still file a personal suit, which any jury full of blue collar workers in this current economy would pass on the notion that this game sold is basically theft.
The clock is ticking.

Tell me then, why is it that you call people idiots without backing up with facts? You call me an idiot, say I don’t know how a class action lawsuit works, then ENLIGHTEN me. If people are experiencing headaches, dizziness, and motion sickness, then they probably SHOULDN’T BE PLAYING GAMES ANYWAYS. Update(Day 1): http://www.vg247.com/2011/05/11/brink-updates-for-360-psn-and-steam-deatiled/
The jury would judge that you are arrogant and think that you are getting your money stolen, when, realistically, they are fixing it as fast as possible. A personal lawsuit? You’re joking, right? What would you recieve, a 60$ compensation for the game? Would that be worth the legal fees for the lawyer?
Thought the same.
How often did i heard exactly THAT what the OP has written, let me guess…23569025725908x?
But i agree, they should make a recall.I don’t get how a company can still sell a product which is obviously a alpha version.
****ing gaming company becomes more greedy every day.Best example is SD/bethesda now.
even if u wanted to sue the company is such a small amount of money, you prob go to a tribunal… which is hardly a court…
Mirrors edge cause motion sickness. Nobody cared. This game works great for me and there have been patches. You sir have just overstated your worries. They’re fixing the issues and it’ll all be rainbows and sunshine.
