Rebinding Console Key?

Is it possible to rebind the console key? I have TAB bound to crouch and sometimes when I long jump I accidentally hit ~

when i turn a corner while knife-sprinting and run into an enemy i quickly try to hit 1 to switch to my primary and suddenly my screen is console.

I can’t count the times I’ve accidentally hit the console key during an intense moment. So many deaths…
