Rebel Character Customization Freeze??

Can anyone help us?

For some reason “Brink” crashes when I try to customize Rebels and Security.
The game is seemingly fine, the model moves and the buttons move.
I just cannot press any of them, including the Save / Back button to stop customization.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong or at the very least tell me a way around this.

EDIT :: Yeah, for some reason it randomly chooses to work for the Security as well as Rebel…

unfortunately, there are only a few solutions to this problem.

  1. The only in-game solution is to lower your graphics settings when you want to access customization, then reset them higher in game. It’s a pain in the ass, but it’ll do. or you can…
  2. Get a better PC. though this game may perform fine, there are a lot of HD components and graphics in the game. you may need a better GFX card, more ram, or a better processor.
