Would it be possible, and a good idea, to make a sticky thread that is just a list of all the weapons in the game, and their real life counterparts?
I just like having that kind of stuff, dunno bout you guys.
E.g:
Stark AR - Steyr AUG
Blishlok - Kriss Vector
Stuff like that.
Actually the Blishlok is a mashup between the Vector and a good old Thompson 
DE .50 - Desert Eagle .50 Action Express (Although ingame it would be a .45)
PDP-70 - H&K G3 (Maybe some kind of L version? The Base is a G3 though.)
Dreiss AR - H&K G3
Timik-47 - AK-47 obviously…
FEL-IX - Barret .50 cal (?)
hochfir SMG - H&K MP5k
Kek-10 - H&K Mp5
Crotzini - AKS-74U
M9 - Sig Sauer 556 (?)
Caulden - 1911
Smijüh & Whetsman - Smith & Wesson Magnum .45 (?)

True. As I said that was just from what i knew without research. It has visual similarities, which is why i mixed it up with the G3.
MP400 is a pistol caliber AR-15 receiver, no stock or that tube section that would be within the stock, and a barrel of a Tec -9 with less holes.
The Empire-9 is a Brügger & Thomet MP-9.
The Tolen is an MP5k or SP89 without a foregrip and smaller barrel, along with a rail system covering most of the top of it.
The Ahnuld-12 is a stockless, short barreled Winchester Model 1887 with a rail system, named after famous actor Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2 as it was his signature weapon in it, famous for some scenes where he flip cocks it while driving q motorcycle.
K-121 is a Heckler & Koch HK21.
M4A1 is an M4A1.
mk46 is an mk46.
M4-10 BR is an m14.
M4A1 ONLY WEAPON IN THE WHOLE GAME THAT HAS IT’S OWN NAME MAYBE DEVS LOVES THIS WEAPON
Apparently there are naming costs that have to be paid, so to avoid this the devs just come up with other names. Maybe the M4A1 doesn’t have a royalty fee, or maybe the devs do love it.
According to Wikipedia the “M4” designation is no longer a trademark of Colt and is considered a “generic name” following a court ruling on trademark infringement in 2005.
By the way, isn’t the M9 meant to be a Beretta M9?
Calling it a Heckler and Koch HK21 is sort of redundant. HK stands for Heckler and Koch.
Since no one mention it, I believe the Simeon .357 is a S&W Model 17. Or a police revolver of some type

I think the Kek is a shortened, carbine version of the HK33. Although, to be fair the HK33 is basically a larger MP5 that shoots 5.56mm rounds. It seems SD have a hard on for H&K since half the weapons in the game are based off their guns, not that I’m complaining, H&K make great guns.
It is a “simple” .357-magnum. But I’m not sure, it could be a Colt Python, I think.
Or, as APRenpsy wrote, some sort of police-revolver
Kek-10 's mag seems too large to be an mp5.
Maybe it’s a G3 carbine or something?

The Kek-10 is a PTR-32, an American made variant of the G3 that uses AK47 cartridges and magazine (and I believe incorrectly using a mp5 style charging handle instead of a G3 style one)
I know what the weapons are, and more power to those curious to know.
It definitely does not need to be ingame. And people talking about it word of mouth, in voiceover and chat, disregards the desire to sticky a thread for it.

I know it’s been a while since this post, but sadly in my line of work I need to say it either way or costumers would complain. :lol:
