Dude lol… Your pretty blatantly talking about teamwork and you need to make that more clear, otherwise it sounds like your saying that just using tools is an alternative to being good at shooting (and it sounds crazy). Both are obviously important, but using tools takes very little practice in comparison to being a better aim. BUT both will go nowhere in the bigger scheme of things without smart tactical decisions from the whole team, which is called “teamwork”. If it wasn’t teamwork that you were referring to, then you would essentially be saying that in entirely 1v1 situations the guy who just used his tools more would have as much chance at beating out the guy who was a much better shot, which would not happen (making shooting more important in this situation). Unless that is what you meant then maybe I am not helping, but it doesn’t seem like it. Teamwork is a substantial comparative, not tools.
