RCON tools?

Evening all, I have been searching these forums and indeed the net for information regarding rcon tools for Brink.

I haven’t found anything and I am not familiar with SD games, so this may be obvious to most, but does the game (pc) have any in-game rcon tool to give server admins the rights to kick abusive people off our servers?

If you look at their previous record, extensive rcon stuff is to be expected.

were getting the server files. That basically means EVERYTHING.

Yes that’s what I thought and expected, but had not seen anything specific mentioned about in-game admin rights at all.

Does anyone know the in game rcon commands?

Hey Buster! If it is anything like ETQW (Im guessing it is) then you would setup the admin and login as admin while in game. Just click on the Admin tab and do your admin thing.

At least Im hoping.

That’s what I was thinking FG.

Any news on the server files yet? Will they be available through the HldsUpdateTool with Steam?

I believe the server files will be available thru steam tools

We REALLY ned a stand alone rcon tool for Brink. The console is extremely painful to use…
