you enforce the forum rules more than you do with your actual game. If its all the same to you Raziel… i would rather not waste my time reporting a player through “customer support” for absolutely nothing to happen but a copy + paste email and no action…
RazielWarmonic "If you have an issue with a player, report them through customer support or PM me."
It’s a tough situation.
They obviously have a problem with you, but why? What have you done to frustrate them so much? Are you just a target because you’re a higher level than 95% of AUS players?
I understand that ‘Raj’ is a foul mouthed, unsporting, racist piece of ****, but aren’t the majority of children who play online games like this?
What do you hope to achieve by escalating this issue?
It might be hard to believe… but this is why they hate me
1: First time I joined a server with JiM and Raj/Cyborg they abused me, as they do a lot of other people - I wasn’t special, just another random person they could abuse.
2: As I record my games for funny youtube montages I uploaded this behavior to youtube and attached it to a support ticket - surely this is the most compelling evidence one can obtain - not just my word against theirs, ACTUAL video/audio footage of what I am saying - this was back in Nov 2015 - no action on Nexon/SD
3: Because they got wind of the youtube video I became a target because I was exposing their toxic troll behavior - so at that point I was “special”, I painted a target on my self - for good reason
4: Recorded more interactions and reported - still no action this is Dec 2015 now.
5: Now JiM and his minions are REALLY pissed off at me because I am getting in the way of them abusing the system, not really as Nexon/SD don’t give two craps - evidence by NOTHING happening to them at all
6: JiM doxed me, found my name, address and work place and threatened to come to my house and beat me up, come to my work place and kill me… - This is against the law in Australia, carries a max penalty of 7 years in prison - This was Jun 2016 - again, reported, nothing happened - I did make reported between Dec 2015 and Jun 2016 - but like you guessed - nothing happened.
7: I was over it, what he did was extreme, so I went to the police - this just made JiM troll me even MORE can you beleive… changing his name in game to mine so he could (attempt to) ruin my reputation - also degroative names like “PedoPoit” etc.
8: ProfPlump made a thread about it as he was abused by JiM and the likes… so I contributed my bit to it.
9: Even though no action was reported, I found out the action was Cyborg/Raj and JiM were banned for 1 week… and they were both back at trolling in no time.
So yea… they hate me because I proved what toxic trolls they are.
Considering how small and tightly knit the Dirty Bomb community is, I don’t care if its SD or Nexon but someone has to pull their finger out and sort this out properly. That sounds really horrible @poit187 and having lines of action constantly snubbed (even though I do believe Raz is trying her best) must make it even worse. Can any of this abusive behaviour be reported to Valve to take action against the accounts of these guys?
Why do I not believe that the customer support of Nexon simply ignores and does not ban a player who legitimately and seriously finding data of players and threatens them while breaking the rules on a daily base?
I used to report people for breaking rules. With the exception of one, who spend a buttload of money into this game, everyone was punished pretty quickly by Nexons customer support.
This is what I’d do in your situation m8, take it for what it is.
-
Don’t join a lobby if you see them playing. Yeah I know, it’s a hassle, but it works. There’s one AUS guy who I believe to be a cheat, I don’t join lobbies that he’s in = he doesn’t bother me at all anymore.
-
Mute them.
-
Don’t engage with them AT ALL. Don’t type to them, talk to them, or try to frustrate them ingame (by not healing / giving them ammo - referring to your YT vids). Treat them like any other player, they’ll get real bored real quick.
-
If they try to vote kick you, change to the spectator team. The vote kick won’t work.
Other than that, what can you do? They’re just dumb, frustrated kids. If every game company spent the resources needed to control these types of people, we’d have no games as it’s not affordable, not to mention no noobs to shoot.
raziel is very worried that we would go on a crusade…
“i saw those trolls down that road sire”
but on a serious Note, i dont want to see @poit187 get jailed/ banned for this.

Because my in game name is Cletus Van Damme and I am the worst level 56 player you’ve ever seen, therefore I have plenty of experience in getting kicked from games.
From the life I have lived some times it is better to hold back, look at your options and what you are actually facing just like in DB.
Is it really a good idea to go charging at a bunch of rhinos with their miniguns out supported by auras…?
yes there is pain. I do not doubt that. Then this pain led to anger. Anger is better than fear but anger does not always help you aim.
Ever seen a sniper shoot wildly into a group of people missing most of them?
I think what is needed here is more skillful maneuvering and less angry pushing. it is not good to become the thing you hate the most.
unfortunately I think the limit is being pushed on what is going to be tolerated. I understand though. Many of us would have done the same thing and still might some day.
If you can not stand grumpyBull’s suggestions at the moment I have to suggest you take a small break from DB.
Don’t become the very thing you hate just to fight it. That does not always work. take a breathe and think about it. What are you actually doing? What do you really want? How can you achieve it? Was is the best way for you to do so?
I don’t think it is this… but… every one has their own opinion. I can’t deny that.
I might need to challenge you someday grumpyBull for the worst player title. I am sure that would be comical.

Lots of people have vouched for @poit187 's plight over numerous threads, there’s a strong case that these guys are dicks and have already had action taken against them, not that it has discouraged them. I’m glad you’ve had better luck though.
also I have to ask…
Please do not anger the Raziel Warmonic…
Not only is it a very bad idea to piss off one of the “females” of our species…
Angering Raz… well… probably is not a very good idea at all…
well this may be more accurate
jk of course
I hope the second video is okay
I have closed this thread. I cannot stress this enough. Forum moderators do not have any power in game and concerns like this SHOULD be sent to Raziel or directly to Nexon Support. Please understand that you are going about this in a way that does not improve the situation, but simply spreads negativity.
There is an important reason that issues like this are not handled in public. This has to be kept as ‘black and white’ as possible. So we either allow it all or none at all. We moderators try to keep the forum clean. We don’t have all the time in the world to do this, unfortunately. And the type of thread that shames players are extremely difficult to judge, even if the evidence is clear.
First, because the moderators have no power to do anything about it no matter what we decide.
Second, because mob mentality develops quickly. Akin to what happens on Reddit.
Third, because people involved have a direct bias. You wouldn’t be reporting it if you didn’t.
Fourth, because people can be vindictive and we don’t know what we don’t know. I’m not saying this situation has this problem, but people could easily screenshot messages out of context or edit them. There isn’t enough time in the day to have a trusted source review that type of content.
So yes, this thread will be closed. If Raziel chooses to respond in public or in private that is her decision. The type of negativity naming and shaming threads generate will not be tolerated and neither will crusading threads like this. If you have a problem with somebody, talk to them. Send a private message first.
Nexon pays people to read and review the tickets that are submitted. Just because the response isn’t “That user has been banned” doesn’t mean they are ignoring them or that they aren’t reaching the right people. There are both legal reasons and ethical reasons for why you get a copy & paste letter rather than details about the resolution.
Please be aware of all of the forum rules and abide by them.
Ardez outlined pretty well why we take the actions we do.
I am not customer support, nor do I have the authority to ban people - I can escalate issues, like I did yesterday when you posted about this, but ultimately it is not up to me or you to decide who does and does not get banned.
Dirty Bomb can be a bit tricky when it comes to harassment, as we do not have a way to keep in-game chat logs to properly investigate people like this, so we rely on multiple sources when it comes to investigations like this one.
It’s not that I, or anyone else here for that matter, are ignoring the issue.
You PMing me allows me to ask questions I need to if possible, same with customer support. Also, in line with customer support, we do not disclose who gets banned and who does not. That has always been apart of our privacy policy, and the rules do not bend. That is why you may receive a “generic” response from our customer support, because they are not allowed to let you know what action was taken.
If you have any other questions about this thread or the last one, you can PM me like I requested in the last thread to discuss this issue.
Thank you.
