Does anyone know how it works? I got placed in Silver 1 thanks to my wonderful teams and no matter how many I lose or win nothing changes?

It takes awhile to change ranks. No real details have been released on how to get to the next tier.

Silver 1 isn’t too bad. Only 1 jump away from Gold V.

I would suggest finding a group of people to play with. Matches are more fun when you are playing and communicating as a team.

i am gold 5 and played just 3 competetive matches. total 28 hours in game. And my team lost most of the matches so I dont understand rank progression or demotion at all…

I did not even know there is a ranking system…until today I got nothing to do but try competitive match and than see a gold badge, damn yo, just realize this for no more than 1 day now

All in all, just win all matches you can to rank up.

Well it’s obviously based on your performance and not the team, otherwise the ranking would be worthless.
