Type of Bug: Connection failures]
**Description: ** Several things are happening:
First only Partial connection to a Ranked Lobby is established, being I can see the people I can talk to them but on the transition from Lobby to game it drops the lobby.
Second it Automatically requeues when this connection failure happens.
Third it only applies leaver penalties for Disconnecting from an active lobby once you stop the auto-requeue.

I have no idea how to get this to reproduce on another machine, and I do not have another machine to test it on, but its happening 100% of the time for me. There are however two additional bugs caused by this one which one of them will always trigger after the main bug.
1st child bug: attempting to requeue if leaver penalty didn’t trigger shows timer as if you didn’t cancel the auto-requeue, and after canceling again (before a match is found) and re-creating a ranked party will trigger a leaver penalty as the requeue seemed to not actually cancel.
2nd child bug: minor Penalty at the end showed 12 minutes, but initial eta on when you can requeue message showed about 30 minutes; this being a stacking leaver penalties from the failed lobbies.
I have no idea how to fix this if its an issue my side, but my next step is doing a reinstall of Dirty Bomb.
I also have no idea why this connection issue only happens in the ranked lobbies.
