Ranked has some serious problems. Today me and my friend looked for a ranked match and we had two teammates who were trolling. Trollers in ranked are so annoying! We had a useless phantom who was using his ability and standing in front of an enemy to troll the us and the enemy. We had another guy called REMOVED too. In the begin of the match he was doing nothing for the team and just derping around in the map, later on he decided to start teamkilling. We said in the global chat that this match wasn’t fair, because two teammates were trolling and teamkilling and REMOVED kept saying ‘yeah kick the teamkiller’ while he was the teamkiller! And everytime he killed a teammate, he uses the get up move and if the circle was almost complete (stands for when the revive was done) he cancled his revive and started to revive again and again! He was teabagging too when he was doing this! Please ban this guy or something. Splash Damage really has to do something against teamkillers and this type of guys!

This is against the forum’s naming and shaming policy, something that exists to stop players from throwing around accusations with no evidence.
SD also doesn’t ban trolls, just cheaters as far as I’m aware.
There’s really nothing that can be done. It sucks that teamkillers exist in ranked, but the most that could be done would be basing rank on mostly personal performance so a teamkiller couldn’t drag down an entire team

Heres the deal. There are always imbecile pranksters like this. However game does offer ways to punish/get rid of them. People just arent utilizing them.
After certain amount of dmg done by teammate (or a straight up kill), system offers you to punish or forgive them in chat. Enough punishes, and an automatic kickvote begins on this trollop. Even if that doesnt pass, keep punishing and an automatic kick comes in at certain point afaik.
Usually counter-arguement against kicking these degenerates out is “but then we’re 4v5” or something like that. With such teamkiller around you’re evidently playing 4v6 so do the math and see which one is better option. Even if this idiot stops teamkilling and just loafs around doing nothing, you’re still 4v5:ing the enemy so why not kick them out?
Sure, this sucks. However kicking person out is considered abandoning the match for that kicked player, resulting in them receiving major penalty. This way while you probably lose this one match, next match will be fresh in a sense of not having that individual in the play anymore. If they do this jackass idiocy enough and keep getting kicked, they’re eventually waving goodbye for ranked for week at a time.
So do a favour to all of us and yourselves. Start kicking these people off, nothing good comes out of enduring them in a match. Good for nothing deliberately teamkilling ragers, idlers, cheaters all should be kicked from matches without a hesitation.
PS. And yes, you’re, OP, just throwing names now without any evidence. Hence I am deliberately ignoring any names you mention and simply take the subject on its general basis.
You could also report them. There isn’t exactly a category for this, but you could mark is at “cheating” in favor of the opposite team. (guaranteeing a win for them, even though they may have nothing to do with it.)
After reporting, do like others have stated and /punish team kills and kick vote them.
I’d rather the game just automatically bans such players for some time (increasing with the number of offenses). Maybe if at the end of the round they have more than, say, 200 punishment XP per minute? Then they are either deliberate team killers or just horribly incompetent. In both cases they should not play ranked until they grow or skill up.
Lol, one punish gives -300 XP, and I’ve seen a lot of players throw punishes around after blindly walking into an airstrike or standing next to your C4
Report and kick the player. Sure you’re down as 4v5 but you’re gonna have a better shot at winning then with a troll sticking bullets up your ass.

It’s fine to discuss the topic. Just do not name anybody. This is a f2p game that uses steam so anybody can pose as anybody else very easily. You aren’t helping anything by naming them and you are in fact giving them the exposure they desire since they are trying to get a reaction out of you (and will post about how successful they were on their forums). Making a post like this might make you feel better but you’re actually making the problem worse.
