i say that because i have 13 loadout card special edition ranked but i use only 3 card (proxy phoenix fragger) other card it’s merc i never use(and i dont like) and i have same double card of nader,skyhamer,bushwaker i think i stop to play so much in ranked for earn special card because till here i never earn special card of merc i want (fletcher phantom kira spark thunder redeyes aimee… ) it’s only me or other guys dont earn the card you want ?

I got one card for Stoker so far, but it’s the exact loadout I like to play, so I am fine. Now I can choose between the Ranked 2 and Cobalt variant.

It’s RNG. And I dont say this to mock you. But what did you expect? The cards are only there to draw people to rank. It’s just the carrot SD is dangling in front of your nose. You should never expect something useful out of a RNG based system. If you get something useful: great for you. But SE cards are kind of a “I have been there souvenir” if you see them as any thing more, prepare yourself to get disappointed.
