Ranked progression bug.

I lost a match and I won one right after but did not receive my points for winning the match this is the second time it has happened once at gold 3 and once at gold 2

I have had this exact same issue, i’ve been stuck at the start of gold 1 for about 10 games now.
I’ve won 8 of those games, but nothing changes about my rank.
This happened after I was about to downrank after a loss-streak, since then nothing has moved.

Another guy in my last lobby had exactly the same.

EDIT: Suddenly, after a few wins, and then 1 loss I downrank? Wow, this system…

Raziel asked me to post some screenshots, I don’t have screenshots saved from all wins.

Before below i’ve had about 15 wins, and a few losses. All that time, my rank was stuck at Gold 1 with that exclamation-mark:

Here is another screenshot after a win AND a loss, nothing changed:
Normally you would downrank once you see that exclamation-mark, am i right?
But I did not gain, or lose anything for a lot of games.

And here is another loss that suddenly DID register and caused me to downrank.

Without this bug, I probably would have reached cobalt level by now.

I was told by a friend it is not a bug it just takes some wins depending on who you beat to get out of “!” I do not know if this is true but it makes sense.

Except that i’ve been stuck on it for about 15 games.
