Hey there!
I have a very annoying bug in my game. When I accept to join the Match server it’s connecting and the game freezes.
I have to close it via Task Manager. I don’t think this is related to my PC’s performance, cuz I have a strong one to run this game perfectly.

You are not alone, 9/10 of my ranked matches end up by game not responding after getting to pregame lobby, if the lobby doesn’t freeze it is ubelievably laggy, it is impossible to change anything there, it feels like i get 1 frame every 5-10s. It is in general really off-putting for new players, it’s either get stomped by lvl 50+ players in pubs or get 1 ranked after few hours of trying. Not to mention everyone else who get put back into ranked queue, just because my game froze in lobby and failed to connect…
My pc specs: FX8320, R9 270, 8GB ram, it should be more than enough to run this game smoothly, and it is, only pregame ranked lobby is causing problems

A little update from me, I contacted support and after providing requested files i got the response that ‘These crashes are currently being looked into and hope to be resolved in the next update.’
Note that it’s only in my case, if you want go ahead and write tickets yourselves. Anyway I won’t be playing rankeds for a while it seems
