[Ranked Match Result] - Inappropriate Draw

For reproduction:

Ranked match on Underground. The first round of the match ended with C4 being planted (final spot) within the regular round time and exploding during the Overtime. The second round ended by the time running out. See screenshot for more details: http://i.imgur.com/JUW83Q8.jpg

Based on the round-results I had expected my team to win the match, but we did not. Instead the match result was a draw.

I can confirm this is happening a lot. I was dealt a draw today when my team won the match
