Where is everyone? Every time I que for a match in my region (US East) it says I’m looking at a 5 minute wait, but I’ve ended up waiting more than 30 minutes before with no match being found. From what I’ve seen elsewhere on the forums other regions aren’t having this problem. Is this just a lack of players in my region or are lots of other people having this issue too? I want to get them skinz boi.

Same problem here as a U.S. East player. I actually made a thread about this a few days ago. It seems like U.S. ranked is empty most of the time, or there’s a very small amount of players on (tend to get matched with the same people).
Playing during peaked times helps, but sometimes that doesn’t even save the inevitable loneliness :’(

I’ve been finding games in NA tonight while queuing with X3N but man, what a hassle. We only played 3 games but we must have had “One player didn’t accept the match” about 5 or 6 times. I swear it’s a bug. I refuse to believe someone wasn’t accepting the game that often haha.

A major problem that we face is the lack of South American servers means that those SA players come to the U.S. East/West to play because they have nowhere else to go. Their pings are insanely high and many of them constantly disconnect. The same goes for in ranked. Those SA players often joined ranked games only to be disconnected shortly after. As for hitting accept, maybe their connecting has something to do with that too? Could be a bug of course, idk.
A lot of players who ping terribly to NA often disconnect right before the match begins in ranked. There’s actually this one dude who’s notorious for it. His ping ranges from 200-400 and any time I see him in the lobby, I know the game isn’t going to start. Sometimes it will even start and he’ll disconnect right after it does, making it a 4v5. Good news is that he tends to always rejoin and he’s a decent player so it helps get the game back on track!
Wish I could find a ranked match at this time. :’(
