[ranked bug] - kicked out and can't join back = loss and penalty.. Help

This is 4th time it happened - now i got 3 full days penalty until 30th 1:40AM (Started today 1:40 AM)
3rd time it happened was 2 days ago also 1:40 AM where i got penalty 1 full day
Crashes started 2 weeks ago i think

How it happened:

  1. I got connection lost mid-game
  2. Back to menu - got option for resume match , Pressed resume match - got pop up joining session (which means back to server)
    3.But NO - 1 sec later got error = http://prntscr.com/9i8pp2
  3. didnt press anything 1 sec later - what the dikens , trinket hunt opened -> pressed ok http://prntscr.com/9i8qd6 (barerly catcehd the ss how fast it was)
  4. same error poped up again after that = http://prntscr.com/9i8qrm - and it stayed on it only option i got press exit (game closed)
  5. Ok so u think its ok u reopen game and u can resume match again, But NO again , nothing you are out of party and there is no pop up for resume match - Can’t do anything
  6. So this makes me look like i aboundded match and i get penalty - I have whole team that can verify i didnt aboundded match but i just couldnt rejoin back…

Now i have a penalty for no reason 4 th time, we lost 4 games cuz of that alredy cuz my team had to play 4vs5

Please i need help with this, i can post crash logs if u tell me where is it located . Its not enough that i got such a big penalty, who knows how big penalty is gonna be next time, i am actually scared to try ranked anymore… What am i supposed to do in pubs with level 71, its boring -.-

My team probably don’t wanna play with me anymore just to end up with 4v5 and they losse game cuz i couldnt join back, and i understand tham, if this happenes 1 more time i am done with Dirty Bomb.

Ps. verifyed files (all fine), gonna reinstall game , but cuz of this 3 day ban in ranked i can’t even test it anymore…
All i have is Lightinzor config files… (he playes ranked only, never seen him got a crash)

It was just awaiting moderator approval due to your account being new and you posting a bunch of links.

Well i am pretty sure it alredy got approved cuz i was able to edit it once, but after that something went wrong, Only name of the post was there but everything else dissapeared , i couldn’t see it anymore, if i tryed to reply i got error “to short msg” so i guess forums bug? or post has to be approved twice?
Anyway its fixed now so…

This. If you edit it has to be re-approved, otherwise a spammer could edit his already approved posts to add spammy links.

About your problem though, it looks like NGS is being difficult.

Have you tried:

  • Restarting PC
  • Verifying integrity of game cache through Steam
  • Deleting everything under “%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3” and “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Shooter\SaveData”
  • Not editing ini’s

I verifyed game on steam, reinstalled whole game - deleted everything but “%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Shooter\SaveData”
Well i have to edit my ini’s cuz after dickens update its unplayable + now i am used to new hud
btw i can’t test anything while i am banned until 30th :confused: , and how it looks like after penalty is over i will probably even get a bigger one next time and than i think i am gonna be done with this game… Getting constant penalty without my fault is making me loose interest in this game.

Maybe if devs gave us option to change hud in game i wouldn’t use other configs… Instead they had prior stuff for development (execution mode) for who knows how long sigh -.-
