Hello,
I have played this game today solidly for a good 12 hours. I ranked my way up to level 7 so I was able to play matchmaking with my friends. After playing three games of matchmaking I decided to close my game and then relaunch it to see how many hours Steam has logged on this game because I was intrigued how long it would take you to be able to play matchmaking. I then relaunched the game without any problems to find my game was set to level one.
I went to restart my game as I couldn’t believe this to be true and when it still returned my level to one, I restarted steam and my PC to ensure this couldn’t be true, however this wasn’t the case. It was true, I was back to level one after I had been playing all day for 12 hours. I feel slightly disheartened and would really want to get my rank back as I wouldn’t really want to spend another 12 hours getting back to level 7 to play matchmaking again when everyone I play with is already at that level, on top of that it feels like a total waste of time.
So please look into this if you can, I would really like this to be solved ASAP.
