Random Mouse's sensitive drop

I encounter this problem for a while now, It’s randomly happen.
The FPS didn’t drop I still have 50-60 fps normally, but my mouse sensitive sometime drop from25 to like 2-3, I can’t aim anything when this happen.
It’s feel like my mouse sensitive change all the time every10-15 sec for2-3sec and then back to normal.
