Lately I have been experiencing random kicks, not security violations but getting kicked and banned from a server.

Does anyone has been having this issue or have a explanation?

Yes I have. Dunno why this happens tho, its annoying. SD pls fix.

I have heard about this from my friends and they had to restart their games because it got to the point in one session where it was happening all the time and it stopped but if it continues after a restart then sorry I cant help you with that. Hope this helps.

Yep, been happening to me and my girlfriend for just under 2 weeks now - for pretty much no reason. Playing less and less because of it :frowning:

This is, on top of constant NGS crashes? Fucking hell!

Yup i am also hearing/reading about this happening more often now and the playerbase are getting pretty frustrated with it SD needs to get this fixed ASAP before they loose more players by banning them improperly through a bugged system.

Don’t think any of this will lead to an actual ban, and I’m pretty sure bans are keyed to fingerprints, meaning that if it does pick up on a legitimate program, they can release entire groups based on the fingerprint of that program.

Still, it’s massively annoying for people who just want to play or really wanted to participate in this event, and I hope they’ll fix it ASAP.

I still notice that servers can “randomly” (I guess it’s random because I see no logic reason behind it so far) kick one or more people randomly just before a round start timer (that moment when you are still in lobby but can’t change mercs anymore). It can be extremely frustrating, especially if you try to hang around with a couple of friends. As far as I know that bug exists since I started to play open beta.

Hey guys - I don’t have any new information for this yet! But, when I do I will be posting in the link below. I also felt the pain of of random kicks and NGS issues over the weekend, I understand.

I experienced this again 2 days ago. It’s pretty rare but it’s been happening for months.

Again, nothing to do with NGS. Just random kicks when there is no vote in place.
