Sometimes, the game randomly just quits on its own.
It can happen when I join server or when maps is loading or anytime during the window from joining server to loading map.
No warning, no notification, nothing. just a quit and thats it.

i almost have the exact same problem. Except the fact that it can happen at any time in the game. Even when i’m playing… i hope they’ll fix this soon because I can’t play like this…
yeah, I hope so too. It really was inconvenient when they were streaming and I was able to join on the first attempt the moment they started. I was within first few people joined. Then it quit me out of nowhere and I couldnt join again until the end, cause people dont like leaving the server when DB is streaming.
Yeah, it happens even while playing. I at least wish that some kind of notification would pop up, like in case of security violation. Even if that one is nonsense, I at least know, that I got kicked for faulty anti-cheat.
But this one never makes a sense.
I entirely agree with ya m8… I think i’ll just wait till the next update and hope for the best as I see the forum isn’t that active. I made my own discussion about this too. So let’s hope there’s more people having this issue so they will fix this
i have the same problem too. Before the hotfix on the 17 of november i was playing all good without any random disconnect, but since then i keep getting disconnected from the sever without any notifications and return to the main menu
yep… I have been mailing with customer support about this. They offered me a possible solution wich I will list below. It worked for one game for me then the problem returned
Maybe it will help you guys though.
Also: Can you provide me your specs? Ie: CPU - Videocard - amount of RAM - Operating system and how you’re connected to the internet? I could give this info to customer support so they can find a solution that works properly
[quote=“GM Radrodo”]Hello Player,
Thank you for contacting Nexon America Customer Support I apologize for the delay in response.
Please try the following.
Delete the ShooterGame folder located here “C:\Users%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3” as well as “C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Shooter” then verify the integrity of the game cache.

i deleted the files and restart steam but it didn’t work for me i played 2 game ( objective ) and i got disconnected from both game. thanks for your help it didn’t work out.
Ok sorry mods if this looks like spam but this does fix the majority of problems I have had just wish I didn’t have to reiterate in every post
Try validating your game files perhaps?
Right Click Dirty Bomb in steam > select properties > goto local files tab > Click the verify integrity of game cache button, let it work its magic as it will scan your game files for any files that are not correct and then redownload them, something may of been screwed up after the latest patch.
also
Try disabling steam overlay
In case you do not know how to do this…
Right Click Dirty Bomb in Steam > Click Properties > And in general tab uncheck “Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game” Option
EDIT: Be warned you WILL
NOT be able to use the steam web browser, view profiles or make purchases in the dirty bomb store with it off i suggest using this method to “test” if this fixes the issue for you if you tend to do alot of these things
Let me know if any of these two helped! Might make a separate thread/guide for this if this turns out to be successful.
i tried to do everything you said there. And it not work at all, but i notice that everytime i got randomly disconnected from game i go to “verify integrity game cache” and it’s said that there’re 2 files that failed to validate and will be reacquired. And i have to verify intergrity game cache again and it’s said all files successfully validated that moment i thought the game is fixed but when i enter a game and got randomly disconnected “again” and i’ve to verify intergrity game cache again … and it’s failed to validate.
i think this might confuse you but to be short it’s a loop  the files keep getting broken no matter how many times i verify intergrity game cache.
i fix it now, i delete the game location and realize there’re 1 file left ( i didn’t remember exactly ) but i delete it and redownload the game. It work for me. btw tks for your help

i’m sorry if this bother you
but it happened again :(( after the problem was fix and i’ve played it for 3 hours, then i got disconnected again
the 1st picture is when after i got disconnected from game and tried to intergrity.
And the 2nd picture is after the first intergrity is failed. After all files is successfully validated i can play normal then after a game or 2 i’ll definitely get kicked out of the game for sure
and the loop of failed intergrity continue :((((

That is very odd indeed, So even reinstalling doesn’t help.
Could be due to drivers perhaps? what are your PC Specs?

i found a video that exactly like the problem i’m having right now so can you help ?
Ahhh ok I thought you guys meant the game actually exiting as in dirty bomb closing not being kicked out of a server randomly… was on the wrong trail of thought there my apologies…
Is your PC/Laptop running on wifi?
Keep a tab (no pun intended) on your ping in game by pressing tab and if it happens again post what ping you have, do you experience any lag or weirdness before the server kicks you out?
Are there any other programs in the background that download things like torrents or w.e?
Steam is also a culprit as it downloads updates automatically while your trying to play you can switch it off by either going to steam (top left) > settings > downloads > uncheck the box that says “Allow Downloads During Gameplay” or by right clicking dirty bomb in steam > properties > updates > and under background downloads hit the drop down box and select “Never Allow Background Downloads”
Well, in my case it was game closing on its own. As in Dirty Bomb. I also being kicked couple times from server without any warning. I only play under 50 ping, usually.
Althought it havent happened in a while.
my PC is not running on wifi i’ve not experienced any lag before i got kicked out. ( just before i got kicked out the character freeze for 0.5 sec and FPS drop then the FPS return to normal after i returned to the main menu )
i don’t open IDM or Torrent in the backround while playing game
and yeah i’ve never allowed Background to downloads during game play
and i’ve unchecked steam overlay whie in game.
for more details this error has happened to me since the hotfix on the 18 of november
everytime i got kicked back to the main menu ( like in the video ) i exit the game and do “verify integrity of game cache” and there’re always 2 files that failed to validate.
conclusion so i think that error that i had recently is from game not from my computer or internet connection
