I wanted to let you know that after spending almost 400 hours on the game and more than $ 40 and having never used third-party programs and anyone who knows me knows, I find myself unable to play since the “grandiose” anti-cheat I was BANNED RANDOM thanks to Nexon that introduced him.

I’m already gone to demand explanations in support of Nexon, which after emails sent between day to day because of poor participation of staff that instead of listening to customers starts to fuck him. Put fine, thanks.

Nothing we can do about it and, frankly, nobody here will care either - most will just assume you were legit a cheater. If you weren’t, that sucks - hope you get it resolved, but your post is going to get locked with the message to wait for support. Sry guy.

No one here on the forums can help you I’m afraid. Your only option is to contact support, and if they will not release your account then you must have been running something which is against the TOS. Sorry.
