Raising minimum lvl for competitive to 10 ?

Let’s be honest, getting lvl 5 is way too easy (Can be done in one day actually) and by that time new players didn’t even see all the mercs in the game(knowing their abilities at least is pretty important). After 2 weeks I’m lvl 10 now, I got half of the available mercs but know everything about all of them including stats, counters etc.

Also it will give hard time for hackers to enter competwtive , especially the ones that got banned already.

I see only pro’s in this, what do you guys think ?

Sure there are a lot of pro’s but what use are they when there aren’t enough people to start a match?

Well it can be done in the near future when more and more players will get to lvl 10.

I switch servers a lot in pub games and when I was lvl 6 I saw only lvl 5 and 6 players, now I see mostly lvls 8 and higher, and the people that stop playing DB before lvl 10 won’t leave it because they can’t play competitive that early as now, actually it can encourage them to play more to get to competitive which in my opinion will get more clean and quality from lvl 10 (and more fun obviously)

I rather wait than having a sniper on the team that ends up with 10 kills after a 25minute game, medics who dont know how to res/heal, proxys who deploys her mines in spawn, plays rambostyle (but very badly) and dont know what objectives are. y.y

I am on my 5th day… Im level 9 (and 3/5th)… I think comp level should be around 15…

AND WHY DOESNT THERE IS AN ASIA REGION FOR COMP MATCHES ?

There would literally be no one searching MM if this was the lvl requirement

the amount of lvl 10+ since the 2x event is more than sufficient for MM… the 2x event over the weekend is just throwing people out of the beginner bracket faster than they can learn the ropes of the game… this is a huge problem if u have a 2x event so early into the game’s launch and your ranked is open to people who have just gotten out of the beginner bracket at lvl 5… the amount of lvl5s running around in a slaughter house that is ranked against 5 stacks is insane i win 6/6 ranked games ytd in silver 1 still have yet to rank up cauz i kept being matched to unstacked lvl5s who think anyone who can effectively zone players out of an entry lane are hackers…
