I use 1.5.0 in vista since 1.4.0 doesn’t save.
I had to do a few things to get it working properly.
The windows Aero desktop made so much trouble on my pc. it even made me lag in ET o.o yeah… like wtf?
I disabled the Windows Aero Desktop so my desktop looks like windows 98 / 2000
MY pc goes alot faster and GTKradiant 1.5.0 works great =)
Vista sucks imo
EDIT:
Another program i use to shut down useless things from windows is “EndItAll”
Enditall looks for the running processes on your computer which he can shut down. This way i can shut down windows sidebar and crap like that. and you can protect the processes you want to stay alive.
