RAD Soldiers League

(WhenThCome4Me) #1

Hey everyone. I was planning on setting up a league for RAD Soldiers which mimics leagues such as the English Premier League, using a round-robin format with a ranking ladder. I am unsure what I’d set the player limit as, maybe something like 16 or 32 people. I have a small website ready which will allow for people to express interest and sign-up, but I don’t want to throw in the money for a domain name unless I can get enough interest for it.

So, if I was to get it all setup, would you people be interested in joining up and playing out the league once the game is released?

I’ll most likely launch league sign-ups once the game is released. People have expressed interest but only if they find the game enjoyable, which cannot be determined until they’ve played the game.

Just a quick update for those interested.

As of now, there will be two league tiers each with 16 players, thus a total of 32 players will be enrolled. The tier in which those whom enroll will be determined by a ‘pre-league’ set of three matches played against others in the league.

During the enrolling period, if there is enough support, another one or two tiers will be added, but there is still a way to go on both my end (website, etc.) and the developers (worldwide release) end until that may go through.

The two tiers are the moment are labelled: valiant and valor.

I am welcome to any ideas regarding better labels, as the two above aren’t the best I think they can be.

Nevertheless, I’ll keep you all updated. Thanks for your interest.
