He is not killing time, his grandmother died, next time you say something like that be sure to have all the details…
RAD Around The World CUP
Hey Kin, no sweat at all, you have a lot on your plate, and frankly I’m all out looking for work and raising two babies:)
If I had a little noodle, I thought it might be cool if we played 4 map final to help ease the whole first move dilema. Your thoughts are welcome.
I wont make any challenges until you have some uniterrupted time, would hate to have a good game time out.
Best of luck,
Chris
I appreciate it, I have no problem on playing the three maps that Paul sujested, concerning the first move, I belive it would be best if you take it on the first and thrid map (if a tie arouses) if you take into considiration that I moved first during our previous encounter. I would like to go first on market, if you don’t mind
Ok then! I wish you good luck and let the best tactician advance towards the Final!
P.S.
May I ask which map will you play first?
Well, I’m supposed to be practicing and Kin is supposed to be getting things done, but really Kin is practicing and I’m getting stuff done:0
If he is not ready keep moving on! Ciakgb should go against El-CO and Kin should be eliminated
We are all in the same page, ciakgb I would sujest, sending him a challenge (in case he is not reading the forums) in he accepts the tourney continues if not it’s a forfit and you move to the finals (1-0)
El-Co, Paul, care to weigh in? You are the only votes that really count at this point, or at least shall I say with skin left in the game.
Oh, and just for the record, I really don’t think Kin is trying to pull a fast one. He gave very favorable terms for our match, so I think he has proven himself a sporting chap.
If however, people think its gone on a bit long, from campus crisises to family ones and maybe we should just move on, I am sympathetic because it seemed like years waiting for the last tourney to end so I could get in…
Still say we need a “tourney bot” that auto runs tourneys continuously in a variety of parameters. As soon as say 8 are ready to go, off it starts! Computer keeps track of turns, handles challenges, understands draws…keeps stats!!!
I can play three chess tourneys a night on such a device (for free) at freechess.org or FICS free internet chess server.
I know it sounds like a lot of programming, but if you plugged in an existing tournament program for pretty much anything, soccer, you could adapt it to work over the servers.
Two buttons on the world screen, play online, and play tournament. Maybe you have to finish to a certain level for it to be an option.
