R.I.P Hunter

Well, who played with Hunter played, who did not play better or buy the character because in this update he just got horrible, I even understand the decrease in Hitbox (And the arrow continues to pick up on corners, and stopping in the EV.) And also now it seems that the arrow is slower (which ends up with the character’s gameplay). The only flaw that can make the big hitbox is not picking up the EV, but bad luck, we live with it. Better than you can not hit an aura (And like I said, the arrow still holds in the EV and still hangs in corners ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯)

Hunter is a merc for playing the medium / short distance, and if you miss the shot the chance you die is too big
If the arrow is slow or falls that way, the chance of your enemy to deflect or not be killed is immense, Hunter’s only ability is to kill, he was bred to kill. Since his spot is by hit and short duration and the EMP is not so good for the team (which makes Vassili’s and Aimee prefer competitive), but that’s not the problem. As they said, Hunter is unfit for competition, with the old hitbox and speed up, because you would kill or take away a lot of the HP from the enemy, but now to hit a Kira, Proxy that are fine characters is very difficult, and before speak, remember that the other snipers have the spot to help in this case, since Hunter…

Want an example? The TF2 sniper’s Arrow Hitbox is much larger than the rifle, and I do not see people just playing bow, on the contrary, it’s even well balanced the amount of people who opt for the rifle.

Do you want a way to fool Hunter? Decrease the damage and return with the Hitbox or the character’s old speed, or as they said, nerf the spread without the scope.

Well, the Hunter had its golden age only for 1 month.

Like I said, 1 minute of silence for the Hunter.

Oh no, a recon with one hit capabilities is now slightly weaker. Whatever shall we do. Maybe go play with weapons that fit the game.

It’s gonna be great when Hunter is available for ranked…

Alternatively, running around with a Katana Kira is acceptable. Who needs invisibility when you move fast as fuck boi

I’m afraid there is no reason pick Hunter over other recons in ranked or competetive tournaments in it’s current state. Crossbows projectile is too slow and healing station is only rational target to EMP. Due to short EMP stun time, it needs almost magical crew timing and perhaps some luck to use effectively. Then snipers and Aura are generally more practical in defender side, therefore they wont encounter that much. I really like Hunters elegance and versatility, but overall he is weakest merc when compared to others. He is like sparks without healing abilities.

I would increase bolt projectile speed and decrease full charge time little bit. Then I would double EMP duration to deployables.
