I have looked the config he posted over and didn’t see anything that would suggest the things you say. Then again I do not have a profound understanding on the cvars just testing and the descriptions Iv’e found on them.
Unless he didn’t post the config he actually uses it looks like a decent one. He does lag though but don’t we all.
I’ve had much more stuff done and tried and failed to some of my older configs than he has. Nowadays I trust a pretty basic config since when tweaking my config I did more harm than good.

im just gunna say, imo if someone’s keeping their cfg a secret then i always think that it’s dodgy
There are a lot of former NA comp players who would only share it after they had a new one or stopped playing, so I don’t see it as dodgy, just more a motivation for people to tweak their own instead of copying somebody elses.
Also, dthwish, do you have MSN or xfire or something, I have a question to ask and can’t here

P.S. the second screenie is a stuck dessie. It’s really hard to get it stuck anywhere, 1st time this happened to me.
