DemonWare have been doing database maintenance today. While the maintenance window is 12 hours and closes at 2000 UTC, they estimate that Quake Wars won’t be affected for more than 4 hours. Normal service will resume at that time.

a few minutes i went to play etqw and my ranks are all gone too… i’m a conscript now.

After joining another server fixed it for me!
