Quick-open suspect equipment case failed.

After spending some hard-earned server-decrypto-whatevers on a W1 suspect equipment case, it vanished when I went to quick-open it. The usual notification showing the card didn’t show up. The one I opened normally right before that worked fine though.

Could be a visual bug where the notification didn’t show, but I checked my load-outs and I’m pretty sure nothing got added (hard to tell though).
