Why the hell do we even have to open cases for them? Why can’t they just add them to the fragment count, like they do with credits?

This is a planned feature. Sadly it didn’t make it in for the last update, so just keep an eye on upcoming patch notes!

I see the confusion. It’s because you’re not earning a Fragment Case, you’re earning a set amount of Fragments. Will see if we can get the art updated on that.

Nope, quick open is overrated. Please give us matryoshka style fragment cases. At least ten levels. Pleaaaaase…
