so is quick join ever going to be fixed or does it not like us east servers???
95% of the time it puts me in eu servers even though there’s plenty of open us east/west servers.
now all night im getting put into south American servers.
is it possible for sd to implement a way to say which servers to auto joining like they do in ranked matches??
i know i can manually select a server but it always seems like i enter into seriously unbalanced matches that are way worse than quick join .
Haha, I had the opposite experience last week. I’m in EU, my ping to EU servers is 40-60ms, second closest is US East at 120-130ms.
EU prime time, plenty of half-full EU servers, but none in Lobby which is super rare. I never use Quick Join but in this situation I decided to give it a try. Where did it put me? Of course on an US East server 
Same problem here. I’m in EU, but quickjoin likes to put me in RUS and US EAST servers sometimes. But they are always min lvl 10 servers, so I figured out that when there is no slot in EU min 10, it will more likely put me in other region min 10 than in not min 10 EU server. Funny thing is I always see more EU players than Russians on RUS servers and everybody is speaking English there.
I’ve been reporting this issue for months and months. I don’t even use quick join any more. I’m in the Australian zone but for some reason quick join puts me into empty Asian and American servers 50% of the time even though there are spots available in the game mode I’m searching on Australian servers :neutral:

Well, considering that all of the South American servers are actually located in Miami right now you probably won’t be too bad off. Sadly, most of the South AM players will be pretty bad off though.
Setting up the server browser with some good filters that eliminate things you don’t want to see is simply the best way to join games IMO. You can also filter for the Lobby so you even get in at the very start of games. So it’s a pretty good alternative.

Ah so I’m assuming that us east are in Miami as well then.

I’ve not checked where they are located actually. They might also be in Miami. I checked the South AM servers because I was pinging 60 to them while South AM people were reporting 150-300+ ping times. And me being in Kansas I shouldn’t be pinging 60 to South America!
It’s easy enough to figure out where they are using the network resource monitor in windows or netstat if you’re curious.

I got glasswire on my pc to keep an eye on what’s connecting to Internet I’ll have to pull up dirtybomb and look at it
Question for you. Does it matter what servers you are connecting to? I’ve noticed no difference if I’m playing NA or EU.
Not really but i usually end up with wtf ping rates in eu servers and frequent stuttering when server full but I’m always good in us east servers
