Hi there, unfortunately I’ve been out of the picture since November or something due to moving to a house that is too far away from civilisation to recieve internet twitches, so I’m a little out of the loop as to what’s happening with the game.

As indicated in my avatar…icon…thing, I bought one of the early access packages that was meant to include a tshirt and concept art book and stuff (I can’t really remember, it’s been a while), which leads me to my question. Am I supposed to have gotten it by now or have they not been sent out yet?

I’ll be looking around the forum to catch up on what’s happening with the game but if anyone can be bothered to point out any important developments, that would be appreciated.

Edit - I should have mentioned, I bought the early access package a while back.

You haven’t missed much (swag included), the easiest way to get back up to speed is to spend 30 minutes in the video updates thread.

There have been a couple of new character, gunplay has improved, objectives have gotten worse, maps are a bit weird right now with some working reasonably well and other just not, but all will need re-looking at once some of the movement things get done, starting with walljump, also there are lobbies that need breaking.

Release said so on the page you got your founders pack, in the description before buying.

Swag hasn’t been sent out yet - fulfillment will happen around launch (though we’re doing our best to kick that off before then).

Any improvements with Nexon launcher? That was rubbish back in November when I last played.

Are people even playing this right now? It was barely a game when I last played months ago and checking back to see that “not much has changed” is really really discouraging considering how few players there were back then. At this point I’m not sure I could regret funding it any more than I already am (and have been). Sparse video updates with little to no gameplay content for a game that was advertising buy ins for alpha and beta 2? years ago? Nexon?

The only reason I even bothered backing was because I assumed SD would deliver a playable game in a reasonable amount of time with proper support with the benefit of self publishing, without Bethesdas involvement, lol

I still hope the game turns out well but I now know I shouldn’t have put any faith into it so early

Why don’t you start up the game again and see for yourself instead of relying on other peoples opinions?

Not sure if you know that it’s still in development…

for me it was coincidence of

  1. switching from classes to mercs
  2. extreme reworks of maps (cutting them in half) without immediate success.
  3. going to Nexon (annoying forum etc)

that led to loosing 1/2 of a year and a lot of testers.

tbh, if i would have joined the test just this january. i would see constant progress in all areas (to different degree ofc).
my hopes are still not as high, as 1 year ago. but are pretty high. =)
