Questions regarding recent trade ins

First of all hey! First post on this Forum.

Anyway my Ive got a few questions regarding my recent experience using the trade in function.

  1. When trading in to get myself a diffrent bronze loadout for vasili, I accidently traded in the one of my best loadout cards. Now im wondering if I contact support will they undo this or have I screwed up?

  2. Today I traded in 3 bronze for a arty card…but I got the exact same loadout as one of the arty cards I traded in. I thought It was was suposed to be gauranteed to give you a diffrent loadout card than the useless ones you traded in otherwise whats the point? I basicaly traded 3 loadouts and 1700 creds…for the same damn loadout. Again screw up or?

As you may have realised I aint having a great experience with this whole trading in thing…

  1. i have honestly no idea if this is possible, i have never heard of anyone doing it before and i have never tried it myself. i’d say no but i have really no idea.

Thanks for the answer. Urgh… leaves bitter taste in my mouth losing all those bronzes. Ill try contact and ask support about the first question as I have also never found anything about undoing trade ins.

Simple as that: Dont use that Option.
For a Bronze Card you only need 17,5k to buy it in the Store, and honestly i can make more than this amount of credits in 2 Days.
Save your Cards for trade-ups.
