I wanted to craft a cobalt Aura loadout card as I recycled more than 20,000 fragments. I found that I need 45 weapon kits to craft a Blishlok card. I went to the store and found that there are none to buy. Is there any place that I could possibly purchase? Thanks!

Don’t craft a Blishlok cobalt Aura.
You can buy the obsidian version for BL41 for 2,000 ranked points and BL83 for 10$ (or 200,000 credits).
If you go for cobalt Aura, just go for one without any weapon kits and hope for a shotgun (so it’s at least different from the obsidian ones) or just get a cobalt for someone else.
As for your question, you can only get weapon kits in arsenal crates which you get for leveling up. Don’t expect to get 45 anytime soon
