Questions about the "Looter" augment

So I tried to test this over two matches, but unfortunately kept getting distracted by firefights and… getting killed. I tried searching the forums but had trouble finding anything, so I figured I’d just ask.
Can packs dropped from Looter be picked up by teammates or only you? I know I dropped some, but everyone kept running past them. I couldn’t tell if my teammates just didn’t notice them or if they only show up for me.
Also, if teammates can pick them up, do you get XP for healing them or giving ammo?

anybody can pick them up, you, your teammates and even the enemy just like the regular ammo and health packs
