Question regarding ingame graphic setting gore effect

Hi, i would like to know what is the graphic (or command?) that give your “gore”. Like body explosing (tripes everywhere). It look the same as ET bazooka explosion.

I dont think that there is gore present. And i dont think it will be added, due to age rating reasons.

Hi, they are gore. Will try to find the graphic option that give it.
