Question on pre-order bonus announced at QuakeCon 2010

Ok so we’re all aware that Paul Wedgewood announced that there will be pre-order bonuses.

I’m not one to sucker in for pre-order bonuses, but i have a feeling i’ll be going nuts on Brink. So I’m making this an exception. x)

I recently moved to NZ and also moved from PC to console. The consoles here run on PAL but I think the consoles in the US runs on NTSC.

My question is, how does pre-order work basically? If i pre-order from the US can i get it in PAL? There’s no BestBuy or anythign down here. =(

if you have a ps3, then you don’t have to worry about that stuff. only the 360 makes the greedy exception

I’d like info on UK pre-order stuff, that announcement (for obvious reasons) was aimed at the US audience, but now i’d like to know where the bonuses are in the UK.
