Question about Refund and Nexon

Hey there, sorry if this is the wrong section to post this in but I didn’t really find a spot for it. That said, if there is one, please redirect me there and I’ll post it.

As for the question pertaining to the refund, I purchase proxy and I enjoyed the game so much I went and bought the starter bundle. I’ve heard of players obtaining refunds for already owning characters so my wish is that it’s still true.

I did contact steam but they sent me here:

Refund:
Jun 4, 2015 - Dirty Bomb in-game items - CDN$ 6.49
Refunds are not currently supported for in-game purchases in Dirty Bomb. Check with the game publisher directly to see if they can provide you with a refund.

As for the Nexon question, I just made a new account, is it normal for them to choose our display name? For example, I’m punctiliousTea, yet I did not choose that myself haha.

Please open a ticket with Nexon Support to ask for a refund.
