Question about leveling

I have seen a couple gameplay vids and I am wondering how long does it take to level up through certain levels. Because in one of the vids I saw the guy go from 13 to 14 and it was practically his whole entire exp bar.

approx 13 meters or 40 feet

I’m not sure but I do know it’s faster to level by helping your teammates and doing your class’s job than it is by getting kills.
