question about customizing badges (or just your .ini i guess)

hey, i was wondering if it were possible to make custom sounds when you get different badges.

example, i get an ace, the badge shows up on the top of my screen and plays the BADGE EARNED sound effect, but instead id like to to be i get an ace and say i have kenny loggins yelling danger zone for the sound effect, and have each badge play a different sound for me

Then, ‘Ace’ badge name has to change in to ‘TOP GUN’ with Tom Cruise appearance.

I would prefer changing Godlike in to Rambo 4, and then add Sylvester Stallone’s yelling when he grinds enemies in to pieces with M2 HB.

id like the badges to actually count for something, more then just a little exp

I assume not. There was a thread about hit-beep-dounds, and those aren’t accessible. So with a probability of 99% every other sounds aren’t accessible either.
