Quake 3 Skip Problems

I am having some problems with my skip brush. I seem to have lost the shader for this, my reason for thinking this is b/c ingame and in GtkRadiant the brush is like a normal texture, in I can’t see thru it.

I have no idea what the shader should be and can’t find it or where to put it. I have dled the latest version of Q3map2 and placed all files in the “extra” folder over into my directory. Is there something I did not do properly?

Copy the skip shader into common.shader or add the q3map.shader to shaderlist.txt.
