Q3Map2 not loading ASE models in mid directory

Just what the title says. If I have an ASE model from 3dsmax in a mod directory, GtkRadiant loads it fine and it looks normal, but Q3Map2 pukes when it tries to load it and says it cannot be loaded. If I move my model/textures into the base directory, guess what, it works… :angry:

Does GtkRadiant add that to it’s compile lines if you have a mod dir setup in the preferences?
