Have any of you been having problems with maps leaking through solid structural brushes and massive face dropping on some compiles?

I have not personally run into either problem, but some of my co-workers are having a terrible time with random leaks through solid structural brushes and odd HOM’s that were not there before.

I have not been able to bend my mind around what would be causing these problems in some maps that used to be OK, so I figured I would ask around and see if this is an isolated set of errors or something that is happening elsewhere.

I found an issue related to a bad interaction between shader fog, clipped models, and brush entities. It’s kind of hairy, and could be causing some of the problems you describe.

It’s fixed, and will be in the next release.
