Somewhere in 2002 I wanted to find a way to send messages/commands to my running session of RtCW. After a while I found this code for Q3 on slipgate.de.
I tried to convert it to Visual Basic, and a draft/limited version of this release was born. However this was almost 2 years ago :p.Lately I got asked quite a lot if I could help people with integrating this technology into their project. So here ya go
